I Skipped Leg Days :(

  1. Sooo I workout multiple times a day. I figured cardio was enough for legs but I guess not. I honestly bench more than I leg press! Anyone else in the same boat? Is it that noticeable? ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1408849365.762039.jpg

  2. I'm not posting a photo of myself so you can discredit what I say  :smoke:

But I would definitely incorporate legs in your weight training. I bench what I squat at the moment :( Though that is front squatting. Both at 185 lbs for 3-4 sets of 6~ reps.

  3. Appreciate it bro. I completely agree. Think I could get away with one leg day? Also do atleast hour cardio a day such as running, or cicyling or elliptical just tired of the tooth pick legs

  4. One is better than zero! Haha, so yeah start with that and see what results you get. If it's not enough and you aren't sore the whole week, throw a second day in. With so much cardio I would try starting with just once a week.

  5. Bro your legs are sticks compared to upper body. stop the cardio and get your lifting game up. Did you just like neglect your legs for awhile?

  6. BTW cardio will only perpetuate the small legs. Cardio is really only useful for cv health and to get into a defecit through exercising. Eat over your maintenance a bit, hit your macro requirements and go Ham on leg day. Maybe have 2 leg days a week

  7. Thanks bro! Nothing more humbling than gettin eaten alive in someone's guard in jiu jitsu who is much lighter. I swear it's like an anaconda wrapped around u lol.

  8. I was in prison for few years and really didn't have nothing for the legs besides body weight and I just wanted to get big thinking if my upper body grew my legs would have to support my body. Stoner logic lmao. Appreciate it I though thank you!

  9. Lol that logic is true but it takes a long time. That's why fat people end up having crazy calf muscles after cutting weight cause of carrying that extra weight for so long. Check out the stickies on the bodybuilding.com forum bro lots of good knowledge that could help you

  10. There are a lot of gay men that are masterbating to your pic. Yeah, it's noticable.

  11. wtf I should be gettin paid for that shit no? Lol thanks for laugh old school

  12. Hahah, it definitely is kinda noticeable... but that can be fixed quick!

    Don't do "cardio" .... SPRINT!!!!!

  13. Wot m8? Lol sprinting would be a form of cardio that's like saying don't lift weights, do shoulder presses, makes no sense does it?...sprinting will just keep his chicken legs as is. He needs to work them out with weights.

  14.
By cardio I meant aerobic and just simply running... that doesn't help at all.
    Obviously lifting is needed agreed.

  15. Sprints, jump rope, squats, lunges and calf raises. Sprint is for muscle while jogging/running is for endurance. I alternate between sprints and jump rope as my warm up.

  17. Squats r gonna be ur new best friend

  18. Do 2 leg days and go hard. But start slow as to not injure yourself. There is so much muscle in your legs and activating them will release a lot of testosterone and you will growwww

  19. Dude.

    Why did you skip legs?!
