I need some help with my inline fan. Its a 8" 660cfm. Im not using a carbon filter. Right now have fan on top. I have an air cooled hood. Should I run from fan to light then out. Passive intake?do I need another fan for intake. Im at 82 degrees with led if I cut on 600w half power its gets 101 with tent closed. 90 tent open. Everybody is growing good with leds no inline fan just two osc fans. I want to use my 600w. I using the mh light. Will the hps get hotter than the mh. My hydro guy said ideally you want to avoid pulling hot air through your fan if you can and I'd say you have a big enough fan and no restrictive filter to do so, I would try that first. Your temps look pretty hot though, you probably want to get your closed tent temps to under 86 or so if you can. Inline/exhaust fan is a must in my limited experience, even just for the fresh air circulation and my MH was hotter then my HPS but I only used it once before I switch to T5's. Oh and even with the LED's there i'd still want to use MH in veg and HPS in flower.

Only if your temps aren't effected cause it's not as efficient that way. Just going back over your setup though and looks like you'll need to do whatever it takes to get that temp down or you'll probably have issues, especially in dwc. Are you going to run a chiller?
What are you making, soup? haha The main reason I abandoned dwc (for now) was because I couldn't keep water temps down.

Depends on your budget too I guess, you can always buy your way out of trouble but that's if you have the spare cash or even if you want to necessarily be buying more and more things. I does start to add up.
Chillers kinda come with the territory with dwc and aero systems. Flood and drain you could get a way with it. Keep those temps as low as possible
