I'm looking to buy a new vape and with all the new ones out I'm a little behind on the new technology. So I'm coming to the place I always come when I have questions: what do you guys think is the portable vape that also packs the strongest punch? I'm really looking for something that can knock you off your feet, but that's still portable. I know, however, that a portable vape might not too strong tough. I'm trying not to spend more than $250 but you never know, so let me know what you think. By the way, I'm likely vaping herbs and not wax. Thanks for the advice everyone.
Hammer vaporizer, Firewood vaporizer and the Arizer Solo are all under $200. I linked them all to threads with information related to the vaporizers.
If you want to spend under $250, I would definitely go for The Hammer. Also the others that @[member="POTatato Head"] mentioned. Firewood is also another good hitter, but having both The Hammer and Firewood, my vote would go to The Hammer as far as thick cloudy hits is concerned.
My vote is for the arizer solo. It doesn't require butane to power it just a battery Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Butane does provide better heat up and heat retention in the long run. Also what @[member="lwien"] about the restricted airflow. The reason I wouldn't put the Firewood in this mix is also because of its restricted airflow, and not owning a Solo but having used one, I'd say the same about the Solo.
Thank you for all the replies guys. I was looking at the Solo and Arizer's site and GC have it for about $230, but a few other sites I found have it for around $150. Is it possible that thos cheaper sites are legit? Like these two: http://www.vaporseller.com/arizer-solo-vaporizer.html?___store=default&gclid=Cj0KEQjw1NufBRCx8ayaqY2t6KkBEiQA2nLWm_MvM-AESu8IZlqWOQ1piY1xzDzRwYp5dLH61NPaRZ0aAiEX8P8HAQ http://vapemood.com/shop/arizer-solo-vaporizer/ Anyone know if these sites are reliable?
I got mine off Aroma-Tek for $139 and free two day shipping a couple months ago. If your concered I would look up authorized Arizer dealers and pick one, that way you know your warranty is good for sure. Sent from my SM-G900P using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I do? Ok, maybe I need to say this.............again, and I've said this multiple times. If someone wants a portable that is primarily going to be used at home because they don't want to be tethered to an AC cord, the Solo would be an EXCELLENT choice. And, btw, my PD, which was my daily driver for over 5 years is an excellent vaporizer and it too had a very restrictive air flow, but that restricted air flow contributed to a vaporizer being the most efficient vaporizer on the planet, and I place efficiency very high on my list of priorities. ALL vapes have their weak points and just because I may mention them does not mean that I don't hold that vaporizer in very high regard. The OP asked about a strong hitting portable, and for THAT, there are better choices than the Solo especially if one wants a portable that is primarily going to be used when they're out and about.
If anything I rag on the solo probably the most here... but that is for good reason. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
of the 3 portables I own. The Solo is far superior, I'd recommend it to anyone who feels that stealth isn't an issue but enjoys the luxery of having a portable device. The other two portables I own are the MFLB and Pax. Both are good in their own respects, and much more stealthier, but I feel they have more of a learning curve and little tweaks that irritate me as opposed to the Arizer Solo.
Of course the solo is better than the pax or MFLB but it still isnt a big hitter nor is it one of the best portables on the market right now.
I get a lot vapor with my hits out of the Solo.. It's just my suggestion/opinion. Not trying to get into a religious debate over vaporizers.
Obviously not religious debate... this is a vaporizer debate... but whatever. The point is lots of vapor compared to what?
