Help Me Curly Leaves

  1. What the hell did I do?! She wasn't like this yesterday, this had to have happened between 8am and 3pm today. Dosed yesterday mid day with Fox Farm Grow Big, Tiger Bloom and Open Sesame ph runoff 6.6.

  2. Come on seriously? 200 people have seen this and nobody is going to give me anything

  3. What temperature is it in there?

What are you doing for IPM?

    Have you checked for pests?

  4. Temperature is never over 85 at any given time, probably around 70 at night. Checked thoroughly for pests, there are none that I can see. Upon further research, I've decided it's nitrogen toxicity due to the claw and the dark shade of green. I've flushed with one gallon of ph'd water and now I'm waiting for the other gallon I have on standby to get to the 6.6 I want before I flush again. BTW it might be worth it for me to mention I'm growing in a 2 gallon smart pot, not worried about drowning with the flush despite the heavily saturated soil.

  5. Would it be heat stress if the temperature is never over 85? That's what I thought it was at first too.

  6. um yea

need it in 70's, with 72-75 being optimal imo

  7. I think some people say that if you foliar spray with plain water, it can help to lower the nitrogen toxicity. Maybe someone else can confirm this. I think it's called "reverse foliar feeding".

  8. in a room that hot, don't spray anything on them ;)

  9. Yeah don't spray anything with the lights on - anything other than CFLs and you will burn your leaves.
Could very well be heat stress. 85 is about the maximum you want without supplementing CO2. Some plants take the heat better than other, you may just have a very temperature sensitive plant.

  10. In my experience heat stress normally made the leaves curl but not down like that with the claw. I believe you nailed it with the nitrogen toxicity. I've seen many gardens at 85 without added co2 and they're all fine although your specific strain may not like the heat like theirs did. I would try the flush before worrying about how to cool the room. Mid to high 70's is preferred though.

  11. This looks like over watering. My girls are showing the same signs

My plan is to let them dry out about 48-72 hrs more and then apply plain tap and go from there.

    Good luck man

  12. Thanks everyone, I flushed with a couple gallons of water and now I'm going to let it dry out for probably 5 to 7 days. I mean that soil is drenched. In the mean time in between time, I'll be watching closely :D

  13. How tall are they? 2 gal might be a bit small. Unless they're autos?

Yeah the one in the picture is auto white widow, just about 3 weeks into flowering now. It's 1'6" in a 2 gallon smart pot and I flushed with 3 gallons total. I think some of the big fan leaves are in danger of being shed by the plant. Will I be okay without the big fan leaves? I can't tell how much bud growth has been hindered.

  15. You over-nuted them. Rip them out of the pots, throw them away, and start over again.

  16. It's just to much nutes. They should look better in a few days. Don't feed until u see some yellowing. It's not heat stress my room runs 91 all the time with three diff strains with no problems at all. More nutes doesn't mean more buds.

    91-92 all day
