So I bought a atmos raw tank (I think) from my friend for 10 dollars cause he never uses it. Anyway I just hooked it up to my e cig battery and it works great! Dry herb vaping is nice but any tips for smell? Still smells like weed and I don't want people to know I'm smoking weed
Damn, where do I start with THAT sentence? First off, how can you say that dry herb vaping is nice when, in fact, you are not vaping at all, but rather, you are smoking. Secondly, the reason that it still smells like smoked weed is because you're not vaping. I know you're new to this, but I think I just introduced you to Vape 101.
I've come to a conclusion... basically if you're looking to buy one of these "vape pens" you're better off saving the cash for a better vape, or just buy a dugout and 1-hitter. And this isn't aimed at you OP, you're not the first person to come on the forums and ask this question. Its been asked hundreds of times.... ... and basically what @[member="lwien"] said in regards to the smell. That Atmos isn't vaping at all, there's contact with the herb and the coil in there and its causing combustion. You're going to have to plunk down for a better vape that actually vaporizes properly at the right temp. If you're worried about the smell, then you can use the conventional methods of cover up. Unfortunately its going to smell regardless unless you get a vape that not only properly vaporizes, but also doesn't produce AS MUCH smell..... in the end they all have a smell, but some vapes more than others.
I have a Atmos pen and I strictly use it for BHO, works great. But as the other guy said it only combusts dry herb rather than creating actual vapor.
