I'd say just try em out. Like I said I use cheap store bought led bulbs and I'm having good results. I also have some led panels, hps, cfl, etc....alot of ppl like to quote the 100w a plant rule...but that's a very general rule of thumb. just shoot for 50-75w and that will be plenty of light for you to grow some buds.
