So basically, iv heard alot of things from few people and most of them seem to think that when you use a filter with a joint you dont get stoned. But after i carried out a little research i found that a supprising number of people think differently, so here i am really asking for first hand oppinions from people who either do it, or know of people who do. You'll still get high with a filter, but the high won't be as intense because the THC will begin to stick to the filter and the resin on the filter. That's why roaches at the end of joints are so much more potent. I usually just use a spliff with my joints
