    My pax doesn't work anymore, it wont heat up, i think the battery is fried. I used it all the time when i first got it, then didn't use it for 7+ months and when i tried to use it again it didn't work.

    I wanted a pax I really did but I'm not convinced vape pens work well with burning plant matter as easily as oil.

    pop your screen out, clean it, if too dirty, get a new one.  Make sure to lube it inside.  If all fails as stated before, get in touch with Ploom, they are pretty good with customer service.  Dont forget 10 year warranty
