Here is my setup, I have a spare bedroom and I plan on taking advantage of it. Since my bho smoking habit is out of control forcing me to spend over 400 dollars monthly , I figured nows a better time then ever. I will update this thread with all of the steps and things I do along with a ton of pics. So if your curious, keep watch I know I'm in the early stages but it's not going to stop now!! Aiming for a SoG with dwc bubbleponics..... should work fine from my point of view.. any tips and suggestions are cool, this is my first grow but I tend to catch on to things quickly and have done things such as this just different material and substances... 8 seeds of tahoe og (regular seeds, not femanized so I don't plan on using them.. meant to get the fem....) Green poison Sweet cheese I plan on doing those two, the two freebies because they are already femanized and I'm not sure on all the other shit to deal with regular seeds The closet will be the flower room, with a 600 wat hps and proper exhaust system with a carbon scrubber... I will have my clones in the room itself under a flourecent ho 2 foot bulb. I will have the plants in veg in the tent along with a mh light fixture setup with fan and ventilation set up in a dwc bubbleponics tub. Is that best? The irrigation works perfect I put that all together along with the air pumps. Currently waiting for my seeds. And some mounting material. Patience is a virtue.. Turns out the 90 dollar ten pack of seeds of tahoe og wasn't femaninsed... I remember specifically selecting femanized.. oh well they threw in a few freebies I'll just start up with those... at least I'll be running two different kinds...
What's the big deal about having fem seeds? just start a few of them in the same container, pull the males, only keep the females you have to make sure things don't get overcrowded and your done. I always buy regular seeds that way if I catch a male and a female runt I can put them in my bathroom with a few cfls and I have seeds forever. You can also look into feminizing your own seeds. Just because one bad thing happens doesn't mean it's all bad. Subbed up and will offer any advise you need. As long as you promise to supply plenty of pictures GK
8/23/2014 Moving right along.... Just need to go grab another mounting screw for the Carb, and my piece of plywood for the side of the sliding door, going to put a 6inch duct hole in the wood for my venting, and possibly some smaller wholes towards the bottom for some intake air? Not to sure on that part. Are you going to put something over the carpet? I have carpet as well I i've heard bad things about having in your grow room. Or at least uncovered. I'm trying to figure out what i can do for it myself. How did you do your order through attitude? What kind of stealth. I'm about to make an order and haven't used them before and want to know what not to use and what to use.
Also, I like the way you room is really clean. Everything is organized and in it's place. Makes for a better grow IMO. Eventually mine will be done and cleaned up. Can't wait!
I plan on doing so Snoop. Guriella, You actually just reminded me. I have a big silver tarp im going to throw on the carpet, its covering my window at the moment. Im going to vacuum and clean it once more before the grow and ill throw that down. As for the attitude, i didnt use stealth just original breeder packets, but still -.- Good luck brotha, and thanks i am a bit OCD and i also have other types of grows going as well, so I'm used to the sorting. lmao
I've been thinking about a silver tarp. I want to build a wall on the outside of my plants with the reflective insulation covering the walls. Just hard to get all the little stuff done with dealing with sick plants and in the middle of an upgrade. I'm thinking about using the random gift option. It does cost more but I always hear of people getting their shit snagged because they didn't choose stealth. It sucks but it seems as they know what the packing will look like from attitude. I haven't got bit yet but i'm sure I will one day down the road. Probably when I'm right on time to have another round go down too, my luck.
Yeah i was going to use the tarp on the inside of the closet to cover the doors, but i tried it and its not necessary for me so im going to use it on the ground. bump!
Well, got the floor covered and got my seeds yesterday. Just need to finish up the other tub, let the seeds sprout and then ill be on my way! Moved my stuff around a bit Close to done: Moved around full view I only have two air pumps, not three.
