Grats bro! Don't go burning down your house down with that thing.

  3.
I am going to set up in my garage with my machine shop tools. The garage door does not work so its wide open to have plenty of ventilation.

hoping my boro glass comes soon along with my regulators. Its like fucking Christmas. :D

  4. Just remember to place an ad for "SD6502 Glass" here in the City, sorry no freebe's. :)

  5.
No worries, if I were dealing glass I would have absolutely no problem with making a vender account and paying the $50 a month.

Thus far I have only melted a glass marble and welded it to a water glass with a plumbers torch.

I have to buy a kiln for Annealing grass before I could sell anything. People want tough glass that will bounce off a concrete floor.

Have a long way to go in learning the glass working trade and lots of tools to make or buy.

Today I did get my hoses ,propane regulator, my oxygen regulator, flashback arresters and check valves. Torch is worthless without them.

Need propane and oxygen, going to rent the oxygen bottle. I have a propane tank.

Torch has been shipped from Illinois, should be here Tuesday.

I started this thread 33 days ago and have gotten real close to having my shit to melt some glass.

    Iv spent $363 so far.

  6. Just as long as we get first chance to add to our collections.

  7. I just want to reiterate, i want one of the first pieces dude!

    I want it signed!

And some free seeds would be nice ;)

    :p

    Hehe, jk

    No but really :p

  8. I will take the second one!

Fuck , E bay has me by the balls, Its easy to get shopping and spend a fuck of a lot of money.

Just ordered 15 feet of 6MM solid borosilicate rod. I will need it to make a gather or a punty. $15 with shipping but I have to have it.

Ive spent $378 so far. :D

  10. 378 aint shit :p

    So proud o you man!

  11. I have 10 feet of heavy wall 12mm borosilicate tube now.

They just bundle that shit up with rubber bands, wrap in bubble wrap and put it in a cardboard envelope.

    Shit is tough stuff.

  12. I had to play with the glass even though I do not have my torch so I used a plant propane plumbers torch.

It works glass very slow... But I did make Numero Ono pipe, LOL it sucks but is something.

I need the new torch real bad, and a lot more glass, and some tools. Hot dog tongs even.
The prumbers torch is super under powered

  13. Oh and working the glass creates super sharp and hot items. its fun.

Not a hobby for clumsy people.

  14. I will learn much faster with a torch with some horse power. The torch I was using has no oxygen so it super low power.

    You want propane.

get a 20LB tank like for a BBQ a hose that goes to a small hot head torch. That will work soft glass and do a shit job on borosilicate.
