Can Anyone Help Brand New To Growing And Dont Know Whats On My Leafs???

Check out the bottom of your leaves for small bugs kinda looks like mites/thrips damage.

 

Yeah check to see if there are a bunch of black dots on the bottom of the leaves. I agree with the possible mite damage.

Bugs just love your weakened plant, use neem oil  to protect the plant but first a flush will be good, you can squash the bugs with your finger meantime, but neem is the gun

add some more perlite like 30% of the pot to avoid continual nute burn and root compaction

 

It's looks like either a pest problem or splashing nutrient rich water can sometimes have a spotting affect of leaves.

^^but splashing water wouldn't account for the chlorosis…so I'd go with mites, as well.
