No I put a filter bag over the pump and clean it every two weeks with reservoir. At that point I just rinse everything under warm water to clean it. Never had that issue and I reused them.
Oh my god. I just did a search and came across your thread here. This is the strain I'm looking to get into using. Right now I've got an inherited plant that's questionable at best. I figure it's a good guinea pig for all my screw ups since I have no idea of genetics, sex etc. Hopefully it'll be a female. And hopefully I can use it as a means to get to the genetics of what I want. I'm not too keen on the idea of auto flower though. I'd want to make a mother, and clip clones to flower for a constant supply. Anyways, I've got a couple questions. If I may. Is this the "feminized pyramid purple auto" in name or are you just saying it that way because it's a purple type from pyramid that's autoflower? Can you describe the smell? Is it berry smelling as in a berry air freshener or is it that chronic skunky smell with notes of berries? I apologize if that's a stupid question, I'm still learning about cannabis.
