Isis Beheading Children, Burying People Alive

Discussion in 'Politics' started by rain dancer, Aug 14, 2014.

  1. Why are none of the major news networks reporting this? Not going to post any links as theyre all too graphic but you can find them via google if you want your stomach to turn.

    caution: SPOILER CONTAINS GRAPHIC DESCRIPTIONS
there's pictures of little boys and girls, not even 5 years old decapitated and cut in half. A nude woman with her artery sliced being bled out, her blood being caught in a bowl, people being buried alive! And youths being crucified

put this shit on tv. If any of these countries give a fuck about humanity they should be wiping these fuckers off the map. I doubt we'll hear any news about this at all for quite a long time, our govt sits with their thumb up their ass while these atrocities occur.

I didnt seek this info out, it was a side link on some underground news site.

I know, i know, the strongest country (militarily) in the world hasnt won a war since ww2, but still. This shit is pretty much our fault imo. Wtf are your thoughts? Sensationalism? Sure, whatever it takes to light a fire under peoples asses.

    Discuss.

Isis are beyond sick. If the US/UK/etc had any sense they would let the Iranians resolve this.
The Iranian government detest Isis and they would not have the "media baggage" that western countries have following them around. There would be a very bloody and rapid send off for Isis.

I read recently (not sure where) that the Iranians approached the US and offered to go in to Iraq and "eliminate" the Isis freaks but this was turned down.

I wonder what anyone would do if iran simply invaded Iraq?

    What do you think?

  4. there's a lot of hype here in the US media right now that isis is the next al qaeda... even worse than al qaeda. i don't pay attention to any media other than listening to the radio at work and this is the gist I get.  i am sure it is far worse on any of the several 24/7 network news channels.

all this to say, I think gov understands that isis is not a threat to the US but needs an outside terrorist organization in order to maintain internal stability. the government can only prop up bin laden's corpse for so long before the people realize the sham that is the war on terror. i think this has already started in a sense, when john kerry and co. started beating the war drums against syria there was mass resistance to this. we can't keep riding al q for much longer.

so since isis made some threats against the US, the media and government (though they are usually one in the same) are having a field day with it.  its a fascist paradise.

i think of isis as wildfire and the US is doing a 'controlled burn'

  5. Well said lenny

Still, i wonder what anyone would do if iran (backed by russia now) invaded Iraq? Are they capable, beyond having a soverein bank based on gold and being targeted by the United States this very reason:

Are they capable of an invasion? Russia doing business with them kinda makes a mockery of U.S. sanctions, since they bypass the need for Iran to conform to American requests.

I think if all the news stations put that pic up people would want something done immediately.

  6. Also, I was reading Isis is being funded by Saudia Arabia? Anyone know the validity of this claim?

  7. And now that I think about it, i doubt iran would leave after "eliminating" isis. The united states sure took their time. Something to think about.

People do things out of the kindness of their heart. Governments dont have hearts....

Without having done research I say with near-certainty that Saudi Arabia in some way, shape or form, is supporting ISIS, whether it be monetarily or militarily. Though I think ISIS have taken over a bank or two in Iraq so their funding may come from there. Either way, the Saudis have been implicated in funding many Islamic terrorist cells including al-qaeda. I believe wikileaks documents have shown that the Saudis assisted some of the 9/11 hijackers in obtaining visas to enter the US.

The Saudi government really repulses me. Rich, terrorist-funding, tyrannical religious nutjobs that suffer no backlash for their actions thanks to American support. Sad word we live in.

  9. Truth man.

Fuckin vile. When I saw what they were doin to that poor young woman in the spoiler, made my damn blood boil.

    Indeed man.

I wanna give you props for putting things in spoilers, unlike the Israel-Gaza people who openly post pictures of dead men and children.

I've been on the internet since the '90s and have been pretty much desensitized to everything, but there's at time and place for it, and it is not on this forum IMO. The last thing I wanna see when I'm stoned and browsing GC is dead kids, and I'm sure most other people feel that way.

  11. No problem dude. Im here for discussion, not shock value. Shame most of the israeli threads are nothing more than two sides of propaganda spewing "facts" at each other.

I hope more people read the title and get educated about whats going on. As for that link about irans bank? I posted it in a few threads because its entirely relevant imo. The link to that article suggests a few countries trying to go back to the gold standard. The U.S. is against this, for obvious reasons, which is ironic, since we went off the gold standard during the Richard Nixons term, same time HMOs came out. (corruption?)

Saddaam and Gadafi, while being vile human beings, were also advocating for the gold standard, an uninflateable, real currency before we went after them for whatever reasons (propaganda) we used to justify killing them. And yet, people cant see the forest for the trees. Shame.
Youre a smart guy lenny, give this a read if ya will and tell me your thoughts please. I always like to hear your input.

But back on topic, from a human perspective, i wish there was somethin i could do.

As my motto says, im just plantin seeds!

  12. Isis fucking sucks. I too had the thought of "oh ok another terrorist organization to fear" but it is a sad reality. The jihad propaganda videos these guys (Isis) are posting are just filthy genocidal mass murders. Clips of them just executing hundreds of Iraqi government officials and thousands of Iraq military soldiers and innocent women and children. All bound by their hands and blindfolded. Laid down in a ditch/mass grave and then shot to death. Apparently we have begun bombing Isis locations the other day. I can see this getting rediculous. Fuck Isis.

  13. Any aid flotillas heading there anytime soon?

  14. There have already been several airdrops of necessities like food and water made by helicopter. I do not think the areas in question are accessible by water.

  15. Im not gonna pull the whole, id do this in their shoes cuz i havent been there...but....

Let me ask you guys this.

Do you think on your way to a pit with hundreds of other people, knowing youre going to die, something inside might grab you and say, hey, im gonna die anyways and try to grab the rifle?

I know fear can cripple the human spirit, but with no hope for survival, why comply?

These are truly human questions im trying to understand.

And btw, glad you guys are dropping your opinions in the thread.

@[member="FarmPutz"], i had the opposite reaction to fear, mostly anger. Especially knowing we funded these guys.

  16. The problem with ISIS is that there is no real way we can combat them. Any western nation sending ground troops in would be a disaster. Iran openly getting involved and openly fighting them would lead to nothing short of a Holocaust in the middle east. Indiscriminate bombing of ISIS territory would only drive people to their ranks.

The only thing we can really do is keep arming the Kurds and "Iraqis" and hope for the best, which against ISIS is a really shitty option because the Kurds have limited weaponry and the "Iraqis" have no will to fight. ISIS on the other hand has excellent American weaponry and a unsatisfying desire to kill and die for their leader and his religious insanity.

Or we as a people could put our best minds together and invent a time machine to stop the US government from invading Iraq, because this is entirely their fault.

  17. ALLAH HU AKBAR!!

You guys can't handle it, but it was meant to happen. Islam will rule the world and we will kill the disbelievers.

Currently trolling, but tbh the situation is really interesting. If anything, this might have an overall positive effect. They are taking out tyrants and sharia law is getting rid of a lot of immoral behaviour. It might be the wrong way to go about it all, but it works. I want to see a big islamic nation vs others. As long as they don't get their hands on nuclear weapons.

  20. Sharia law IS tyrannical, immoral behaviour ...
