Please take a moment to sign this petition about medical marijuana and federal housing. Even though the federal government said they will not interfere with states medical marijuana efforts problems exist where the federal government and marijuana come together. One such place this is happening across the country is with federal housing. Many medical marijuana patients residing in federal housing or receive rental assistance from federal agencies. These are often times seniors, people with disabilities, military veterans, and those at poverty level. Unfortunately, if they wish to use the benefits of medical marijuana they must forfeit their housing. I feel it is unfair to make someone choose between effective relief or being homeless. This isn't a single state petition this is a country wide petition.
