I follow Atmos's facebook page and saw that they recently announced a new vaporizer pen that advertises a 100% true vape (unlike their past products like the RAW/G5, Jewel, bullet ect). Has anyone tried one of these yet? Does it combust at all? I'm really eager to know because this thing just looks fucking badass, the battery apparently has a real leather on it and the heating chamber/connector is "scratch resistant anodized" metal...whatever that means. I realize that most atmos products are just expensive repackaged chinese products that you can usually find for cheaper elsewhere but I cannot seem to find much info regarding this product AT ALL except for only 1 text review.

And here's a picture to their facebook post. I blocked out names of people to respect people's privacy & blocked out any other unnecessary advertising

Whether you own it or not, what do you think about it? If anyone does own one of these please leave a review

When I type the brand of the product it gets colored red, am I not allowed to include brand names in posts? I saw other posts mentioning pax by ploom so idk...to be safe im gonna block out all the brand names in my picture in fear of being banned :confused_2:

  2. Atmos has been advertising things as "true herb vaporizers" for a long time that have been nothing short of weed burners. No reason to trust such a crap company.

  3. I don't think I've ever seen anyone come on here and tout the Atmos line as being good for dry herb. I hear the T-vape is a good "vape pen" but I don't have any reason to buy one or to try it.

You can mention brand names. I do all the time. They get underlined red sometimes because of the spelling but thats about it.

  4. I got this device about a month ago, so I can tell you from experience that it's pretty bloody good. I've been using it as my primary vaporizer 5-6 sessions a day, besides the occasional desktop vape session. It has a great little oven that has no direct heat contact points so it truly vaporizes the herb. It has one heat setting "ON" but the AVB comes out looking a nice toasty dark brown color so I suppose it's a good setting. It certainly gets me medicated!

It produces a decent amount of great tasting vapor, gives the true flavor of the bud. Heats up super fast, less than a minute, and stays on for about 5 minutes. It's got a good size heating chamber that has a little light on the top so you can see when you're loading it!
Super easy to load. Almost no cleaning because of the clever design. Also everything is very sturdy. There are no fragile parts on this sucker. It feels industrial strength. Only one big button. It gets pretty hot so they give you a silicone sleeve for it too.

It does unfortunately have a fatal flaw damnit! It's got a small battery that lasts for about 3-4 sessions then it's done. The good news is that you can use it while it's charging and it charges in about 90 minutes.

I would still really recommend this device if you are OK with the battery.
