How To Get Rid Of Weed Smell?

  1. Hey guys my plants are starting to smell up my room and they aren't even close to flowering yet. So I'm on like find anything around the house budget and was wondering if I put a few dryer sheets over the exhaust hole would the rid the smell? Thanks!

  2. Yeah" '''''...... I use pfhresh filters....but I once had one of my first cfl/ cardboard- box grow. And made a diy activated charcoal filter out of a couple pen holder's some pantyhose some activated charcoal and some zipties

  4. Well would dryer sheets work or no? Also if you use carbon to filter the air, I have a brita filter for water. Could I break that open and use the carbon out of that to make a carbon filter?

  5. Dryer sheets are not going to work, neither is the small amount of carbon in your Brita filter.
    Highly suggest you check out the "do it yourself" section for how to make your own filter.

  6. There's a lot of diy' carbon filter ideas. ...Google it......and make sure it is activated carbon........can get all the supplies you need at wally-world:-D

  7. Carbon filters and the like will only work well if your box is air tight and all exhaust air flow passes through the filter system. It's not too hard to make a cab airtight with some creativity and duct tape ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1408569562.382158.jpg

    You can see the weather stripping I used on the door... That really helps seal it too...

    I put carbon filter pads for fish tank filters directly in my fan and that ry help.

    Keeping the box close a window w an exhaust fan is great too. Sorry if these are all obv haha
