  1. dumbass should of stayed in his damn car

  2. Sad, but he should have known not to have a tantrum on the track. Its not WWF!

  3. Yea exactly ^^

There preparing to investigate it as second degree murder cause Tony Stewart and that driver had been beefing and SUPPOSEDLY Tony went pretty out of his way to hit that guy

Just woke up to a shit ton of this story popped on my phone for whatever reason.

  4. I think that video clearly shows tony went after him lol..the direction he swerved his car wasn't away from the guy but toward him not to mention he gassed the hell outta the motor.

Anyway very stupid move by the guy that died..in the end it's really him to blame.

  5. That's pretty crazy. To play devil's advocate a bit, the guy did get out of his car into oncoming fucking vehicles... However, you can clearly hear the throttle as Tony Stewart gets within an arm length of the other guy, and that seems entirely suspicious both on video and even just through the audio. You could say, well maybe he was trying to keep up and was going to try and miss the other guy and just drive off in a hurry, but from the perspective of what's caught on film, good fucking luck selling that. On tape this looks like road rage after a messy divorce. In reality, it's more like two retards and the fallout of their retardation.

  6. That's a fuck-head move on both.

  7. Hate to say it but he's gonna have a hard time explaining this shit

He's gonna have a harder time explaining himself than Ward would justifying why he would run out to antagonize another man in a fucking vehicle that could do exactly what happened in the video to him.

  9. Doesn't matter, at the end of the day he still killed someone and it looks very suspicious.

  10.
Obvious is the word I think most would use.

The guy was moving to the bottom of the track, tony went high to avoid the guy, the guy reversed and got drilled.

Squirrels do that same move everyday in city streets with a similar ending.

"That's fuckin gay. It's pissin me off."

  14. After rewatching the 3 sec he gets hit,. Like a thousand times..

It almost seems like he was attempting to scare the other driver for being an idiot. Ya know rev high get close.. Just enough to spook him.. But.. Failed?

  15.
Thats what I was thinking. Looked like he was trying to fuck with him and over shot it or didn't expect the guy to walk as far down as he did.

  16. Yeah I think he was probably just trying to teach the new young buck a lesson and spray him with dirt. But the kid should not have gotten out of his vehicle and hopped around erratically on a dark, greasy dirt track wearing a black racing suit. Entirely the kid's fault. Tony should not be charged with anything. Maybe, maybe negligence resulting in death or involuntary vehicular mansalughter but I doubt it. TS can just argue he didn't see the kid, which is entirely plausible given the less than ideal conditions.

  17. To be honest, it looks like he swerves after or as he hits him, not swerve into him. Involuntary manslaughter charges if anything.

  18. Let's get it straight. Tony Stewart didn't do anything wrong here. The driver who got hit and killed, Kevin Ward was 20 years old and his actions were idiotic and cost him his life. To point fingers at Tony is stupid. Kevin was the one who tried to confront him by getting out of his car, walking on the track in front of cars during a live race (caution flag) and he didn't expect something like that? On the other hand, I heard Tony rev the engine near him and to me it looks like he tried to swerve and miss Kevin but didn't succeed and only revved the engine to scare him or taunt him. Maybe it was a mistake looking back at it now but he should have no blame for it. Only the idiot who just gets out and acts like a badass and walks in front of cars during a race gets the blame. RIP to Kevin Ward but I have no sympathy for a guy who plays in traffic.
