only get domeless Ti if you get a carbcap. I would get a regular Ti nail if you dont wanna spend extra for a carb cap so you can put your finger over the top of the dome to catch vapors at low temps. If you take your dabs hot enough to where they vape away with no problems, you're dabbing too hot and you should blow on your nail to cool it down. you want it to look like you arent getting very much vapor at all and then when you plug the dome with your finger to restrict the air coming in(carbing), it should milk up nicely. thats how you know you got a decent dab with a torched nail

 

if u can afford a ti domeless u cant afford a $11 carbcap off ebay? jus get a ceramic $11 free shipping. 

 

That rig is a female joint and pretty big IMO, you are going to have to buy certain nails for that.

If you still haven't bought it id look for something with a male joint so you don't have to worry about TI expanding and cracking your joint.

Otherwise get a nipple converter

Don't get a domeless unless you have a way to carb it. You don't want to be dabbing on a nail that doesn't need to be carbbed. That just means the nail was way to hot

 

Noob question real quick. But probably not. When you buy a Titanium nail its best to heat up the nail and dunk it in water like 4-5 times to get the factory shit that is bad off it before you start dabing.  True or False?  or does it not really matter? Was told from the employee at the head shop. but never herd anyone doing this. I use a quartz rig atm.

Get TI. It's your decision on the dome\\domeless part but domeless with a carb cap is def better. I say don't get a domeless unless you're getting a carb cap

IMO you should get the smallest piece possible since you are going to not be spending a ton of money on glass, get something you really like

I got a cheap rig when I started and then ended up spending more money on a diff rig because I wasn't fully satisfied.

I would shop around and find one you really like. Now if it happens to online just buy it and pay for over night shipping. Hell one more day is not going to hurt.

My first rig was 120 + 40 for the flux I had a booboo torch so I returned it and managed to get the big shot for $40

So 120 + 40 +40=200

I wasn't happy with the nail so I got the infinity nail for 150

Then I wasn't happy with my rig so I got a knine for 220(before disc)

Then I figured I might as well get a second nail for my second rig, so I found. a second infinity for $120

Now I'm saving little by little to get an enail for about 310

120+40+40+150+220+120+310

$1,000.00 on equipment
