I have not read very good things about the kessil lights. For an economy panel you would be much better off going with a Mars II or a Top LED reflector series. I also am having very good results with the Intelligent Gro LED's that I am running.

Ds100 I beleave they call it. 100 led x 3watt. Full spectrum grow light. Two nice fans build in. This puppys solid. Raised temps only 2 from room temp. Haven't completed a round yet but starting one up. People I know are happy with them aswell so far.
