Hoping to get that up to the 3/4 node stage by the time these have finished in order to change to mh when it needs it. May throw in the 60w cfl too if it starts stretching. Haven't updated in a while. Here's 7:30am Day 42. (of a 42-56 day auto strain.) I'll be giving it the full 8 weeks with a flush probably in a week or so. As for the other one, that seems to have a month to go yet and is stretching a lot! i've been focussing so much time and energy on the shorter timed one that i've neglected her. As long as I have a few months supply so the ultimate has enough time to do its thing, I don't mind. The ultimate will be planted when the NL blue has started flowering [3/4 weeks in, half way] so the ultimate gets a solid 4 weeks of 18/6 veg time [MH on both]. Started germinating the northern light blue auto in tissue 3 days ago and no tap root yet so put it in soil in the grow room to let the heat accelerate things a little. Ordered the attitude promo too so they should be here later today or monday. Day 44. 13:00 Not much has changed in the last 3/4 days, just fattening up of flowers. Noticed some yellowing of bottom leaves so fed them generously. No 'seed sites' have formed on the flowers of either yet, just a lot of pistols and don't think the 6-8 week finish deserves to be stated. I think it will be more of a 9 - 11 weeker from what i've seen but it is throwing on the weight. Quite a lot of stretch on the slow one and rather weedy little branches in comparison to the bush [pun intended]. The main stem is much thicker though and there are a lot more bottom branches which aren't doing a lot of anything [tiny flowers the size of a little finger nail not in the light. May get some supplementary CREE leds in there.
Day 49. 9:00am Exactly 7 weeks since the start of a 6 - 8 week strain and were getting seed sites starting to form [if thats what they're called]. Size of the main bud is around 17cm I think and the node spacing is very small so should produce really dense buds May switch back to MH soon to get more UV in there, or add a 60w CFL 6.5k to add a bit more white light. Flush in a week.
From your images I think you need to go at least another 3 or 4 weeks, your hairs on the buds are all white still. Have you much in the way of trichomes/dusting on the buds yet? Do you have a glass or loupe you can get a close up of the buds? If you have the time it would be well worth going a few more weeks, I always fine the estimated flowering time never correct.
Time is fine as long as it's worth it. Was expecting another 2/3 weeks myself anyway so 3/4 isn't that big of an issue. Payed another £40 last night for poor quality stuff and it's killing me knowing there's a mini forest in here I can't have yet. I'll pick one of the lower branches when the growth starts to slow down and see what its like after drying. Been meaning to get a magnifying glass [60x] but haven't been anywhere yet. I'll grab one on ebay. As for trichomes, they're pretty much everywhere and doubling in quantity by the day. I'll post come close ups once i've figured out the best way to do it. Maybe my handy cams optical zoom could help.. time to try Also, my NL blue auto has been in the soil for 10 days from germinating and thought i'd give it a look at whats going on. Figured out the seed hadn't even grown roots and the tap root had rotted. Sucks. Looks like i'm going for a red dragon photo fem - barneys farm instead. Autos will be forced to go to 18/6 soon, with a MH Recon they'll be loving the UV light Day 50. 00:01

Day 59. 9:00 3 days after the [6 - ] 8 week end and its still growing and fattening up. Going to feed them for the last time now and then it's just water for a week with a final 3 day flush product. Means i'm having to give them 2 more weeks. And one of the trics. Look perfectly clear imo. Still time left. Recon i'm due a growth spurt before the end?
My question as well, trying to order these seeds non auto, How is the smoke if anyone knows? Nirvana bubblelicious however you spell it lol
