If you're using Firefox, install the "SmartVideo" extension. It allows the clip to buffer properly like YouTube used to do a few years ago until they fucked around with it, which they seem to do regularly.

With that extension, the clip won't start until it has buffered enough. It works pretty good.

You should download anything you want to watch again. Works good for music on Youtube also.
