Newbie Growing Autoflowering

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by thegrowblog, Aug 7, 2014.

  1. Hello everyone, new to the forum and wanted to discuss some of the plants I am growing and the environment.

I moved to an area of Spain recently which has a tremendous amount of sunlight and is ideal for growing. I popped into the local grow shop and was sold 3 auto-flowering Critical seeds.

For my first grows they went ok but I was expecting a lot more. They were ready for harvest after 9 weeks however the yield was pretty low, I would maybe say 8 grams max on each plant. I planted them at different intervals just incase I did something wrong.

The first plant got a bit of nute burn and I would estimate I got 5/6 grams maybe.

Second plant grew nicely, I fed it about week four and I harvested it on week 9. I reckon there was about 8 grams on that one. (picture attached).

Third plant is really stunted, will be lucky to get 3 grams.

Reading the description of the seeds on other websites they say the average is about 60 grams, that means I am a long way short.

Temperture reach up to 32c during the day and the plants get about 13 hours of light and 10 hours of uninterrupted sunlight.

So what could I be doing which is better? Currently I have another three plants on the go, Northern Lights, White Widow and Blueberry. They are all auto and are coming up to four weeks old.
