If we were more conscious and aware of events on a more detailed and minute scale, time would move almost as if it is slower. There is no movement of time. There are events occurring, certain states of being which are in constant flux, which when perceived, give the illusion of a constant progression. Truly, events cannot exist as they do without those that have come before having existed and all those that come after too exist because of what exists now. The nature of the universe is not described from a non relative perspective. Thus, what we see as particles and waves is not true in the absolute sense, but it is still a description of the way the universe works.
