Weed Legal In California 2016?

What California needs is a total reform of mmj. It shouldn't be grown by just anyone unless for personal use. If we keep arguing that it is medicine, it should be treated so. If you aren't completely ignorant, you'd know a lot of mmj growers use illegal means to grow their crops. Where does the poundage come from? A lot of water and water doesn't just grow on trees. I used to be ignorant of the issues mmj growers are causing but not anymore. It's not as simple as legalizing it.

I have to agree with Joseph. Do you see what they did to the price and quality of rec MJ in Washington? They taxed the hell out of shwag. It would probably be the same in Cali.
 
 

 

People need to give CO and WA time. Eventually the market will "weed" out any dumbasses who think they can sell low quality for high prices, look at the situation in WA, retail store owners don't want any of the crap the first licensed growers are putting out. CA while they have good laws protecting patients, the caregiving system and the dispensaries need SOME uniform regulation. Having loose laws up north and stricter laws in southern ca only encourages black market trafficking north to south. Legalization in Cali, not likely though, that would mean having to pay taxes and operating like a professional business but that would be too much ask....shits legal anyways there practically, until the counties start banning....oh wait

In Colorado I heard they have much better product that's not extremely overpriced.. I would think in Cali it would be something similar
 
It would be nice to see it be legalized.. how it was supposed to be in the beginning.

 

The only benefit is buying edibles. What the hell. You pay for those. Grow your own. Make your own.
