[Diy] Cheap Dwc System

    Hello this is the first time I grow weed and before I started I looked alot up on the internet and @[member="snoopdog6502"]
    Was a big help too!

    So I bought a 5 euro (yes I am dutch)
    Storage box of 30 liters which is 8 gallons

    And 4 13 cm which is 5 inch net pots View attachment 1521417

    Then I cut 4 holes in the top of the box which fit the net cups View attachment 1521418

    Now I am waiting for my money to buy my reflector and GE lucalox 250 watt hps lamp. I know it isnt much but I cant afford much and I would really love to do this.

    I still need to buy alot more stuff like nutrients, clay balls, rockwool cubes, ph kit and so this is still a work in progress.
    I will be growing white widow from dinafem
    I mainly want to keep it small and keep 5 plants which is legal here :)

    But any suggestions are welcome like what nutrients will be best and what I should do better

    Cool, see you have a sprout, You went through a lot to get it growing so hope it goes easy from now on.

    I am waiting for the second sprout now but I hate waiting haha.
    Still need to be patient but the taproot is really long too so I dont know why it hasnt sprouted yet?

    If you hate waiting this will teach you patience because 90% of growing is waiting and then a short burst where you make a decision to do something and then more waiting to see the results.

    So tomorrow I will order the 400 watt GE lucalox hps bulb and a reflective fitting :D

    I noticed haha well I could use some patience

    So I got a little/big problem when I wanted to buy the hps bulb and reflector I forgot that I would need to buy a ballast which are fairly expensive so my plants need to be a little patient for the lamps
    And it is shitty because the weather in holland is getting worse!

    EDIT: need to wait like 3 weeks

    So today I ordered my 125 watt CFL grow light!
    No fitting yet but I will visit some kind of dutch home depot tomorrow so hopefully they will have a E40 fitting
     
    and my pineapple express is looking really nice cant wait for it to show buds I dont know when I should move it to a bigger pot the one I got now is 5 inch diameter and the plant self is 2 inches
    But still nog sign of sprouting of the white widow starting to get worried it looks like the taproot is pushing the seed up to the surface though ...
     
     
    Up-Date - just got some foil to put over the pot the weed is in to imitate the propogator idea :)
