What would you do and what do you think what sickness the plant has? Nute burn? If so how can it be treated ?

I haven't used any bottle nutes yet.
I'm growing in fox farm ocean so it supplies nutes I'm guessing it's rich in nutrients. I've watered my plant with tap water filter water and water from bucket I let sit out to drain the chlorine. I don't have a pH reader.
ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1407052138.884758.jpg can she still be saved? It's been a few days since I notice it but thought she would correct herself but nope.

  2. Can someone tell me what this is and what should I do ASAP thanks

  3. How old? How long has it been in that pot? FFOF usually feeds plants about 3-4 weeks so it could be that it needs nutes.

  4. Only been in that soil for like a week or so. When I pour water this no drainage though in the soil. What do you suggest i do?

  5. Can anyone help please and give me some input on this before it's to late. Not going to do anything to my plant intill I get some reliable info on this due to I don't what to stress it more for doing something wrong. Help would be great ASAP

Like when you water it just pools on top taking forever to soak in? If it has only been in your new soil a week, you should maybe give it more time to shoot out new growth, you can better judge if you are worried for nothing, or if you still have a problem on your hands? If you know the soil does not absorb and expell water, then you already know what you gotta do...... aeration and anti compaction ingredients like extra perlite, vermiculite, rice hulls or something along those lines. Best of luck, high hopes! Try not to add anything slow release to your soil. You want whats in your soil to be there because you put it there when you felt you needed it, not when slow release decides it wants it there.

  8. I don't have no pH reader or no ppm reader but I did water it before with tap water, I used distilled water and I been using a bucket of water that I left sit out in room like 2 days ago

  10. Fresh fox farms could also burn her with the nutes available in it. I know it is not exactly like cycling organic no till soil, but even for my wifes hanging baskets, when we are planting into new potting soil we pre wet it, let it sit a week, then plant into it, less chance of shock/burn from nutes.

  11. honestly, she is a big girl, you could easily flush and feed her. Use 3 times as much water to amount of soil, only do this if you have the nutes to put back in. Flush with 3x the water re-feed with half strength nutes and wait a few days for any change? Her leaves to me look more like a droop than the tell tale sign of nitro toxicity ( the claw ).

  12. No bro when I pour water in the soil the the water goes down pretty quick but doesn't drain. And it's still been growing man it's just that the burn is now spreading to the newer leaves also. All I did was add more perlite to the fox farm and then replanted it in ffof soil. Added like 15% more to it. Idk what I should do still should I flush or replant ?

  13. No bro so far I have not been giving her any bottled nutes and I don't have any nutes at the moment but I can go get some if anything . So since it's a 3.4 gallon pot should I flush with 7 gallons of tap water or filtered water?

  14. I wouldn't replant, if she lived with me I personally would give her a day or two to dry and observe, if I felt she was worse I would flush n feed.

  15. By the way what's the cheapest nutes to get for her since she's in veg mode from a hydro store?

  16. 3.4 gallon, I would say 10 to 12 gallons of known good water.

  17. Thanks man do you no what kind of water I should flush her with I don't have no ph meter or nothing to read the ro or ph

  18. Truly sorry, have never bought nutes or even stepped foot in a hydro store =/ over an hour to closest one lol.

  19. Known good water as in distilled water like crystal glacier or aquafina Fiji water etc?

if you have walmart near you they sell distilled water. I bought 2 10L ( 2.5 gal ) jugs, think they were 4.97 each cdn. Takes some of the worry out that way too.

The stuff I grabbed is "great value brand" distilled.
