My mom tried to get into my phone, she did the wrong password too many times and now I'm locked out. It tells me to enter my google account email and password. I know these, I entered them before to unlock my phone. But now when I try to, it says they are wrong. What should I do?
Well man, you need to use the google account that is associated with that phone. Otherwise, you will need to do a factory reset to restore the phone.
Try changing the password on your google account. If that doesn't work the only thing I can think of is doing a factory reset, but you'll lose all your contacts and shit unless you have them saved to your SIM card and not the phone memory.
try calling your phone provider, they might be able to help. tell mommy to keep her hands to herself.
