I have an issue with my purple princess plant. The leafs and curling up from the sides. I would be very thankful for anyone who can help with useful information. Thank you all.
ph most likely could be a heat issue We need all the info on your grow including: What type of medium; soil or hydro? What brand and type of soil? Indoors or outdoors? What strain? How old are the plants? What type of lights and how many watts? How far from the lights? What is your watering frequency and source of water? What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? What is the medium/runoff pH and PPM if in hydro? What are the temps and humidity in the room? What size pots? Any bugs? Look real close. Any other pertinent info?
Soil is organic "eco scraps" brand, from local grow shop. Indoor Purple princess indica 60days old CLFs 400watts Every 2-3 days depending on plants needs PH in H2O is neutral I test before evey watering H2O source is city. I add cal-mag because my water is lacking that. 18-18-20 all purpose veg food recommended by the owner of my local grow store Temp 70-80 humidity 45-50% 2gal pots brown Light get no closer then 12" from plants Also on a 24hour light cycle.
Hey, I think I have the same problem... Is it trying to retain moisture or something else?? Journal Link: http://forum.grasscity.com/indoor-grow-journals/1320174-first-organic-indoorgrow.html ... Lifted a Mile High
To sliver stacks: Yea the general answer I'm getting is the plant the is trying to get rid of water or some such thing. You did a grow with LED lights? How did those work out for you? I have been thinking of making the switch. Is it worth it to do so
I'm doing one now... Check out my progress... Journal Link: http://forum.grasscity.com/indoor-grow-journals/1320174-first-organic-indoorgrow.html ... Lifted a Mile High
I had the same issue. I don't believe that a 400w cfl would cause heat stress. Your pH is a little high, I would want it more around 5.9, so that might be the case. But it is most likely the cal mag that you are adding. How much are you putting in per gallon? I would flush it then feed a few hours later and cut to 3-4ml per 5 gallons cal mag and drop your ph.
