Does Hemp Wick Go Bad?

  1. So ive been only vaping for awhile now but ive been craving a bong rip. Ive still got at least half a 250 foot roll of hemp wick thats been sitting around about a year and a half.

So my question is does hemp wick go old? Its probably got a good bit of dust on it too but I blew/wiped it off and I figure thats to be exprcted when buying a 250 foot roll hahah.

So does it go old/bad or am I still good to burn with it?

  2. Burn it, its still better then using a lighter, one thing I hate about hempwick is it accumulates pet hair/dust.  If you don't use it make sure to send it to me so I can use it.

  3. sometimes when i find old batches of hemp wick, its a bit limp and holds a much smaller steady flame. i attribute this to maybe some of the wax melting/evaporating and there being more twine then wax. i can taste the earthiness of the hemp twine in my bowls when using older twine, and it seems to burn up a little faster too, but try it out! imsure theres nothing that that bad that could happen in a year and a half...
