Plants were fine. Then some leaves started to get brown dead spots. Because I have only been giving them water I thought it was a p def. after I fead them I used some dutch masters liquid light at full strength!!! The next day they had lots of burnt spots? Two days later sprayed some organacide for thrips. Three days after I used a bug bomb in the room. Did I use to much at once? Or are they still hungry? Now a week later there is some more brown/dieing leaves. The tops are growing healthy looking but slow most of the spots are on lower leafs.

    Medium- sunshine advanced mix
    Light- 6 cfl
    Ph-6.0-6.5

P.s. Took clones when my mom looked like she was dead and they grew fine. But mom is not 100%

  2. Wow. Thx for the help

  3. give it time man...maybe people dont know how to help you. ive had topics with 500 views and no responses.

i wish i could help you but im not sure whats going on there so i dont want to give the wrong info

  4. For one your lights look a little bit too high for growing with cfls. If you cant lower the lights you can always put something under the plants to give them more height . I dont know for sure but I have also heard spraying nutes on your plants while the lights are on is a big no-no . if you sprayed down the plant while it was under light that could be the cause of those brown spots .  It causes brown spots like you described because the light burns the nutes into the plant .

You just created this thread earlier today , Dont get discouraged from posting if somebody doesnt see and respond to your post. Like darren say its better than giving out false information when you don't know for sure whats wrong with it .

  5. You just fried em is all. Burnt em. They don't look particularly hungry. Good luck.

  6. missed the part about spraying. NEVER spray with lights on, EVER. that i do knwo WILL burn your plants. ive done that before. all i did when i fryed my plants was LITFA (leave it the fuck alone). the newer growth should be ok.

lesson learned. i bet you wont spray during the lights on again hehe. sucks but its how we learn

  7. Thx guys. I just raised my light to see if it would help any. I thought it was the liquid light just mixed to strong it says to apply with the lights on just impatient to see them back to normal. Since I'm using cfl for veg is it normal for the bottom growth to just die? ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1406824292.441840.jpg ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1406824331.028011.jpg
    Old mom starting bud!!!

  8. what is this liquid light stuff? ive been reading for months about growing and have never heard of it.

if no light reaches the lower leaves they may die off. id put a screen over it and do a scree on green

  9. It's a foliar spray by dutch master. U have to apply during lights on. It makes all the leaves just stretch toward the light. Its really cool looking first time using it I think I shouldn't of given them full strength. I did use the saturater as recommended. I think the organacide did more damage and the bomb I set off three days later.
I'm not sure if I can use the liquid light with a 1000watt?

I guess I will just wait and just make sure it's not getting any worse.

"These tents or huts often have limited lighting due to heat and size constraints so LIQUID LIGHT allows you to get BIG LIGHT results from a single 400W or 600W lamp by helping your plants achieve their maximum natural photosynthetic power! LIQUID LIGHT works just as great outdoors maximising your plants limited exposure to full sun."

    Thank you for your help.

  10. Sounds like a cool gimmick to get your monies =P

  11. All my buddy's swear by it. Well worth the 75$ just have to raise my lights I think. But I sprayed a test blueberry skunk girl in bud and she didn't burn like the ones in veg. I really think it was the whole combination of the liquid light+organacide+the bug bomb. They looked bad after the first spray but just got worse and worse until I stopped spraying. (I just didn't want thrips to contaminate my other room)
