Being that most all vape pens do not really vaporize dry herb, I'd say it smells more than your typical portable vaporizer that does vaporize dry herbs.
I've got an ego that ive used for a bit. With the glass screen it will vape if your careful, and we have tested it in the house, and when used right it smelt like burnt popcorn in the house, but it's real easy to combust. I'd say 4 outta 10 hits didn't smell like weed But I still don't think the pens are worth it so I'm purchasing a firewood this weekend
pretty much an 8 because it combusts, gonna smell a bit less than a glass pipe but not much, and the device itself will get a wicked smell
Depends on the strain too but dont expect youre going to get away with it for the most part. Not really "stealthy" as far as smell goes.
If you need the smell rated, my guess is the smell aspect is incredibly important, so maybe you should consider a different route with a device that will vaporize your weed and thus keep smell down
