spidermites are normally red and leave webs between leaves and buds, you are probably seeing aphids, depending on the species they can be destructive but get some ladybugs and they will resolve your problem naturally, you should be able to get some locally depending on where you live or you can order them offline. you can also try liquid deterrents like neem oil.
