Noobies First Grow Problem. Help??

    My weed plant was growing fine but i thought the pot needed more soil because the plant was too low so i replanted it and just added more soil in the same pot its FFOF
    And as soon as i did that the next day the leaves shrivled and look like they're dying.. How can i fix this??
    I will put before and after pics of the plant. I am using 3W LED light

    Looks like over fertilization to me. What's in the medium?

    I'm about to say screw it and seed bomb everywhere I go.

    Goff contains enough nutes for three months of feeding flush soil

    Could you have damaged the roots? Looks like root damage to me

    I didn't see the part of replanting could be only time will tell and hope the roots didn't damage to bad
