Promix is only a filler to help with drainage and aeration. You will want an actual indoor potting soil to mix it with. I normally do 60% pro mix 30% fox farm ocean forest 10% worm castings. you sir have PM, powdery mildew . Could be a random outbreak, or a sign your grow area may need adjusting.

One more problem...some kind of jumping bug...in my soil...I know they're probably a threat to roots but I just need quick fixes to get rid of them.
