  1. Perlite or go get promix from home depot and mix it 50/50 with your soil.

  2. My soil is almost done anyway, so would it be best to just use a promix bag to fill up the larger pots?

  3. Promix is only a filler to help with drainage and aeration. You will want an actual indoor potting soil to mix it with. I normally do 60% pro mix 30% fox farm ocean forest 10% worm castings. That's for a new plant though. For you I would just do 50/50 or 65-70 promix the rest your potting soil

I'm sorry man!  I didn't mean to leave you hanging.  I went on a four day raft trip last weekend and am not subscribed to the thread...

Where are we at this point in time?  Pic's?  What have you done or not done?

It's alright man, gotta new problem anyway... ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1414072874.184656.jpg

Small amounts of white dust forming on ..I'm pretty sure 1 or 2 leaves. It's some type of fungi? "Mildew" ? I was just going to cut the infected leaves off but is there another way for a safe removal?

  10. you sir have PM,  powdery mildew . Could be a random outbreak, or a sign your grow area may need adjusting.

  11. Anyway I could get rid of it safely?
And in the second image there are little circles indented...there's a few more on the other leaves....anything to worry about?

  12. One more problem...some kind of jumping bug...in my soil...I know they're probably a threat to roots but I just need quick fixes to get rid of them.
    Here's a close up and a far view ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1414179317.092162.jpg ImageUploadedByGrasscity Forum1414179333.627890.jpg

For the close up the bug is greyish and for the far view the bug is near the dry patch of soil.

  16. Were those leaf deformities there prior to the wash you did?

Did you do it with the lights on?

  17. I believe so yes, by deformed you mean the indents in the leaves?

Do the wash with the lights on? Yes?
