Worth the watch, this is the reality of the tyrannical military occupation of Palestine. Can't get any more to the fact than first hand.  Even if Israel was there before Palestine (which it wasen't) they have no right to rule other human beings lives, and kill innocent people. People who resist tyranny are not "terrorists" they are patriots.

I disagree with the ending how he says this will happen in America, too many people value freedom for all in this country. Also this country is is built on freedom and equality since the 1950's + unfortunately so many military members are ignorant and apathetic, and our military is tyrannical , but that will not stop freedom, in my opinion for the United States. We need to stop what we are doing to other people.

    I luv That Guy.

  7. The people of Palestine should have realized what consequences come when you start and lose a war rather than simply making political deals. He has no understanding of history, he has no understanding of terrorism or war. He is probably not even mentally fit for duty just based on his mental state regarding his grandmother.

He is more "mentally fit" than alot of soldiers, he was able to see the tyranny of the Israeli occupation. I disagree with his statements at the end like I said, however.

His mental state demonstrates the pain that follows an epiphany.

    It's a reverse liminality.

Well it doesn't sound like the officers are experienced or knowledgeable, sure he can have all the pedigree in the world but that doesn't make you qualified for shit. Also they are far too young, to be an officer in the US military you typically need a 4 year degree, or a shitload of time in and well-doing, and I believe there are tests as well, written ones. Even then going the later route you'll still take a while before you reach LT, and go through some lower officer ranks. Anyhow, too young, too inexperienced, not leaders, never given leadership training likely, I could go on. The issue is the officers, had they not shot that boy he wouldn't have experienced any of that. All they had to do was not be so willing to fire until fired at. But there lies the issue of they are at war, they know hesitation could mean their death. Since 48' it has been war through one means or another, this is a war without end because no one is held accountable for their actions. Israeli soldiers should have been court martialed for shooting the boy. But where does that leave the accountability of the terrorists in the region? If we are to hold them accountable, where and how? Welcome to war.

No it demonstrates his bias and inability to think logically in situations which have no relation to what he is relating it to. He sees an older woman screaming, in a language he cannot even understand, and he has a breakdown mentally. He states it himself, unfit.

His father was a high ranking Israeli military member, and if I'm not mistaken his grandfather aswell. They are not young. This man was a young soldier. Also there is a reason for not firing until fired upon, this being a prime example, and this is one of MANY occurrences, some much worse, that this man experienced. "Morality" in war says that you take defensive positions until fired upon, as to not kill wrongly.

  13.
They were young and inexperienced and didn't want to die. If you were drafted into the military like every Israeli citizen at 18, would you want to die or get shot and hurt for the rest of your life? No, they feel the same and their survival instincts kick in. How do you fix this? With better officers that demand discipline from their troops, and you drill and train the fuck out your recruits.

This man said he joined the military to the best of my knowledge, I did not know Israelies were drafted into their tyranny... also you fix it my not oppressing innocent people and stealing their land, and by having more people oppose tyranny.

Demonstrates his freedom from all the lies that had encouraged him to torture, kill and humiliate innocent Palestinians, imo.

  16. Lenny has seen his fair share of this topic in this section.

  17.
I never said that was directed towards him :p

  18. If true that would make the Palestinians and Hamas in particular immoral by shooting rockets into Israel instead of taking defensive positions.  I don't believe it's true.  In war you fight to kill and if you're in a position to shoot first then do it.  That's why they issue rifles.

  19. Anytime an Israeli/Jew from inside/outside Israel talks against the apartheid state of Israel, right away he becomes a self-hating-jew or a mentally-disturbed-person.

Please come up with new excuses, thanks.
