So, I went to order my MFLB accessories tonight and had every intention of buying them. Just for shits and giggles, I thought I'd check out the site for The Hammer. Looked for a coupon code just for the hell of it and I ended up on V8PE.com, the site that processes and ships for The Hammer's website, and also sells it online. Well, they had it for 99$, and tossed me a 10% off coupon code when I accidentally click my back button. Ended up buying the damn thing for $89.10 shipped. I just couldn't pass up the price seeing that the Orbiter and PA 2.0 were going to cost me $160.00 or so before shipping. In 2-5 business days I'll have a butane vape thats highly recommended on here. Naturally I'll let you guys know what I think. Pretty excited as I've heard lots of good things about The Hammer.
It strikes us all sadly. Im still trying to justify my need for 2 log vaporizers right now lol. You should love the hammer my friend. No more wispy hits!
It's funny, I completely justified NOT buying The Hammer. Then the price point was where it was at and the reasoning got de-justified lol.
Especially with a good price! But its all good, you only live once and at least I won't die not knowing what a butane vape was like. I could see it now.... Home buyer: "Is this house haunted?" Realtor: "not at all...." 3 months after move in date... Home owner #1: "This place is fucking haunted!" Home owner #2: "Why do you say that?" Home owner #1: " I was out in the garage smoking a joint, and I heard this ghostly voice saying 'what about The Hammer? Where is the Hammer? Let me hit your Hammer..'" Home owner #2: "Wow are you serious?" Home owner #1: "Yeah it freaked me out.... Also my Pax was shattered on the floor!"
The VAS runs strong with poor ren no worries though all of us vapor enthusiasts have it to some degree...sneaks out of post before mentioning recent order of a mflb and HA...
The hammer appears to be an awesome butane vape from what I've read. I was looking at those before making my most recent vaporizer purchase. The WPA looks sweet with the hammer, thick cloudy hits on tiny amounts of herb.

Hehe =) you could also follow the format I used with my review of the Firewood. I guess writing is something that comes easy for me, and like all humans I figure its like that for everyone! Basically Steams, all you gotta do is just let go and let it flow. Let the Force flow through you. I have no doubts that its going to be a good one. I also did grab the Premium Accessory pack so I'll have the GonG connector, extra lock-on stems, and a crap-load of screens. After I've found I like it which will be basically a couple of hours, I'm going to grab one of their custom glass stems. Now in the meantime, got to head up to the LHS and grab some 5x filtered butane. And the shipping confirmation just came in..... Can't wait for this vape lol... Feels like when I first ordered my Firewood.
And it just keeps getting better... My LHS carries Puretane butane. Extremely clean. Also the guy I was talking to about it asked what kind of torch lighter I was going to put it through. When I told him I was putting through a Hammer, he said "Ahhh yes! The Hammer... you definitely want to use Puretane." Very educational. I never knew why you should use clean butane through a butane vape; now I know. The dirtier the butane, the higher chance it has at screwing up the lines within the actual vape itself. So, looks like I got a little legwork to do before I use it. The damn thing can't get here fast enough so I can purge its tank and put some good ol 5x filtered butane through it.
Also the better butane seems to burn cleaner in the vaporizer(less butane smell). Make sure you get read up on purging and filling butane lighters. I typically purge anything out of the tank before every fill up just to make sure there is nothing in there because it can effect performance. One last thing it is possible and easy to turn up the flame beyond the initial dial settings of the vaporizer. Simply using the nail supplied or a screw driver you can push the dial further than what it is pre set to with out taking the casing off for maximum performance. I actually had mine turned up so far that it would get to producing cloud temps in ~20 seconds, but then it becomes harder to handle the temps.
Thanks for the advice @[member="POTatato Head"]! Obviously I'm really looking forward to this vape. Its really nice to hear that the cleaner the butane the less butane smell you'll get. That sucker is getting purged right when I get it =D
Good advice. I failed to do mine when it came with the lotus and now It won't fill fully. Really need to purge it.
Yeah, I've read where thats happened to a few people on FC where they didn't purge and fill it before the first use. I'm definitely doing that when the vape gets here. Kinda have to since the lighter is built into the vape. The convenience factor with the Lotus is you can just order another torch or pick one up.
Tomorrow is the day folks that The Hammer will arrive at my house. I have purchased a can of PureTane 99.9998% pure butane just for the occasion. Totally stoked on this vape, and I haven't even hit it yet lol. Review will be incoming this Saturday =)
