Hey i just bought a btgb master shake rig and i pulled the straw of the mouth piece and it broke off? what should i do? ive contacted there email and there instagram @btgb and theyve emailed me saying theyll repair it for a fee? but i feel as if its going to be pricey so what should i do? its a clean break and feel as its easy to fix.... but should bring it to a glass shop, fix it myself? anything

No, don't use epoxy. Rubber cement, duct tape, epoxy, chemical adhesive in general has no place on an item used to smoke out of. Generally speaking, a piece by an artist that is known (which includes btgb) you should try to get the same artist to fix it. Resale value on headies usually decrease more if repair is done by someone else...especially if that person isn't known in the larger glass community. To OP, if btgb said he'll repair it for free, then have him do it. Just be sure to ask about turn around time and if there will be any associated costs like shipping and whatnot. Everyone makes mistakes, that probably had a flaw in it which caused it to be fragile and break, at least btgb is willing to take care of it for free.
Hit up '420 glass repair shop' on facebook, they will repair it for a great price. Fixed my sov for 25$. Tell them Matt S sent you and they will hook you up
It actually says "for a fee" witch is kinda shitty of them that chunk looks so fragile. Sence when was shake yellow?? Maybe a really heavy silver fume?
this is the second shake rig ive seen this month, the other was in a local shop but all white instead of yellow. how much did it run ya?
