Hey guys So, I have a plant that is 48 days into flower. It is an 8-9 week strain called Violator Kush. Week 8 begins next monday (9 days from today), and I was just wanted to see if anyone here has input on when to harvest. I have a 45x microscope but as it's my first grow, I'm having trouble really identifying what's ready, almost ready, or not ready, etc. It is under roughly 300 watts of CFLs, I haven't fed her for the last 2 waterings, just straight RO water. I was thinking harvest may be sometime next weekend, but wanted to hear some input from some more experienced growers. Anyhow, here are my pictures
hey guy! lookin good, ive got one going outdoors, it seems to be starting to flower, or really soon, it will start,,, i can see alot of opaque trichomes this is a sign of ripening,, right now it looks like it would give a sativa effect if harvested.. most def continue with just plain water.. i'd check the trichomes daily tho you want to see some ambers before harvest.
48 days aint even long enough for an indica IMO I would definitely keep on chuggin, by the looks of it I would say maybe take it 9 weeks, at least 8 though.
