No not all rasta is for me. I shave my head ffs. And I personally do not believe that Haile was the 2nd coming of Christ. But I am intrigued to listen to those that do believe it.
I am a believer of the Rastafarian ways! And like all other religions, there's different denominations. I do not have locks as I started going bald in high school...hence the name. Some do believe that he is the Messiah or the second coming Messiah..but I don't! I do look up to him, so to speak, because he was the last emperor of Ethiopia and is linked to King Solomon...but I do not worship him! I think Rastafarian is a great religion(my opinion of coarse) and if you take a good look, it's realistically just Christianity but with a more humble and natural way of life! One of the common misconceptions is that all they do is smoke but what they really teach you is that you smoke until you're enlightened and at some point in your life you stop smoking because you no longer need it. Don't get me wrong, there's a great amount of Rastas that continue to smoke well beyond that point but as we all kno MJ is also a medicine of which they use it for! As a rasta. I only abide by the old testament. I do not believe in jc nor do i see H.I.M. Haile Selassie I as the second coming of jc. I see HIM as earths rightful ruler. i think as far as religion goes it isnt so bad, although i absolutely hate how its a "fad" religion and gets misappropriated in all sorts of ways.

It was an occupation, Italy has always been the joke of Europe when it came to trying to colonize Ethiopia. hell they had to reslt to war crimes to get the upper hand against an army using 50 year old technology..
they had political control, that is colonized by definition... But to be honest with you I've never liked the term colonized...by the definition France was colonized by Germany during WWII...
