Who cares about Denver. Why would anyone want to live near Columbine and Aurora, CO? The risks far outweigh the benefits.

Not worth living in an area as dangerous as that one. Denver is right in the middle of all that bullshit. I'd rather go to Washington anyday, it's legal there too and much fewer domestic terrorist psychopaths.

 

Yup Washington for the motherfucking win. It's where I plan to be soon enough. Plus everybody and their mom is going to Colorado for the weed which is just going to skyrocket real estate prices, fuck that

All the more reason to move in, snatch up the properties dumped by the anti-cannabis crowd, and then flip them for major profits. You could potentially retire from such an endeavor. Then you could buy a nice place in WA. ^^ (and potentially do the same thing there...)

I don't see what's so damn great about co. Paying out the ass in taxes to smoke legal weed lol. Only 3 mature plants at a time too and no outdoor without crazy restrictions. Yeah I'll pass. CA is the place to be if you can afford it

Hmm... California has the best weed. But Colo and Wash do have recreational. 
 
Washington is next to the ocean and has mountains and farmland
 
Colorado has bigger mountains and farmland but no ocean.
 
Both states get snow and rain.
 
Eastern Colorado gets tornados. Colorado has the best tasting venison in the world.
 
I have lived in both states. Washingtonians are more down to earth. I see bumper stickers on cars in Denver that say "don't Californiate Colorado" I'm not down with that.
 
regardless, I still like both states. But i love california most of all.
 
I check out anytime i like, but i would never leave.

 

What county you going too? 10 acres for 180k ain't bad at all, not one damn bit. Round here folks are paying In the 250k range for a 3-4bd 2 bath house on roughly 2-3 acres. Extortion if you ask me.
