  1. I've been mixing drum and  bass records for 15 years now.  This one isn't near as dancefloor-friendly as most of my mixes are but I was half retarded when I mixed this and it turned out....amazing. Nice flow start to finish, mostly chill, laid back tunes, heavy on drums and deep basslines.  Enjoi!

dude I love DNB and weed! I like to produce music but I can never make dnb tracks, not because I dont have skill but because I dont have the patience to carefully pick lots of cool drum samples and sounds and then program them and then discovering your samples dont work together after all that or maybe the track itself came out bad (I need to work on my impatience I know) I still try now and again but with not much success, hearing that weed helps you is some good news, Im gonna grow some Durban poison in a few months and Im hoping thats when my music production will take off, cos the simplest things are so interesting when your blitzed on sativas, plus my creativeness begins to flow when Im real high, I bet I could spends hours and hours creating some sick progressions and not get bored

  3. Actually I think drum rituals have always been a part of cannabis culture. but not the drum and bass.

  4. Junglist culture comes straight from Jamacian "rude boys"

  5.
Keep at it, man. Drum programming is often a lot easier than dealing with samples until you get the hang of it.  Kick Snare KickKick KickKickKick  Snare. Keep a Hi-Rat runnin' on the 2's or 4's (2's is best). Next thing you know, you got a nice techstep/neurofunk drum track chugging along.

  6. Lol no man, cannabis rituals have existed thousands of years ago.

  7. We aren't talking about the same thing here. 's OK tho. :)
