Vape Vet?    Naw.    Ya need a lot more experience with home vapes than just a bag vape like the 'Cano before you can put yourself in that category.

Also, spending a lot of time both here and over at FC in the pursuit of not only learning from others, but giving unbiased advice as well, goes a long way in earning your "Vet" status.

Naw Dave.    There are a few vets here, but you're not one of them....yet.

  4. How do you like the titan 2 and the flowermate? Does the flowermate get hot enough for you? I have heard some run hotter than others but I couldnt get to where I like to be with it.

Not hating.   Just putting things in some perspective is all.

Edit:   Haven't had my morning coffee yet so I may have come off a bit harsh.   Apologies to the OP.    Didn't intend to offend.

    Hi there,

Been tossing around the idea of getting a Volcano digital. Can you tell me more? I smoke almost every day, often times solo, and wondering if it would be a good fit.

    Thanks

  7. What are your wants out of the vape? If you're thinking about a Cano then your budget must be up there, but there are a ton of reputable vapes on the market so make a list (efficiency, potency of hit, bag, whip, direct draw, multi function, water filtration, etc.) of what you want your vape to be capable of and us here at the city would be more than happy to make recommendations.

  8. cano & can't look back

  9. Why do you say that when there are so many other vapes on the market that do better at different things? How can someone recommend a vape without first hearing the wants of the purchaser? What if said purchaser wants water filtration, conservation, taste, or anything other than blowing bags? Is the Cano still the only choice?

  10.
lol.   I've seen posters asking about portables and someone will come in and say, "Get a Volcano".    I swear that S&B must have spiked the worlds water supply with Cano Koolaid.

  11. Ok I got one, I have the solo and although I've red over and over that you can do wax/concentrate with a regular cotton, I'm still hesitant. What is your advise on this?

  12. You can but I just cant get over the added flavor from any of the cotton I have tried it with.

  13. I make a bud and oil sandwich in my solo. Works every time.

  14. It's amazing. Unless you need super dense vapor, because by nature of being a bag system it isn't as dense as direct draw vapes usually, you should love it. IMO ,it's like the iphone. More expensive than it needs to be, but it's great quality, easy enough for anyone to use (easy valve set / the machine itself is as simple as can be) with great customer service.  Some people will say it is only good for groups, but it works amazingly solo. So easy to take a bag around the house. Also, if you are smoking (combusting) currently, almost any vape shoul be able to help you conserve a lot of bud.

  15. For the price of a digital cano, why not just go for the herbalizer? Halogen light source allows for a quicker start up than the cano, it can fill bags AND be used for its whip, and the quality is ridiculous since it was created by two NASA engineers

I'll give you one reason.   The Volcano has a MUCH longer track record of reliability.    It's a mature product.  The Herbalizer is still in it's infancy and as such will not only go through some growing pains along with subsequent running changes/improvements just like most all new products go through,  but will also have to spend some time in the marketplace in order to establish it's long term reliability.

For early adopters and those that like to be on the cutting edge of things with the newest that technologhy has to offer, the Herbalizer is a no-brainer when it comes to bag vapes (along with it's multi-functionality).     But for those who are more conservative and more interested in long term reliability, the Volcano is a safer bet.

  17. I use vape pens alot and it requires cotton for the wicks in my rda. what you want to do is get organic pure 100% cotton, organic isnt really important but some say it is. I have never noticed an off taste from the cotton, but boiling it and drying it out should get rid of any leftover pesticides or extra flavor from the cotton. If you are worried about burning the cotton don't, the arizer solo doesnt get hot enough to combust cotton. Tell me how it goes! Happy vaping brother

  18. Used to have a digit that I got for $250 from my brother, it worked great and was great for groups but unless you like blowing an 8th of grade A a day, (which in my state is $50-$55) I wouldn't get it. But if you have access to good, at great prices then by all means I'd recommend it

  19. Oh and the LCD screen on the volcano broke. However it was 6 or 7 years old
