You torch the little bowl at the end. Its like a nail, attatched to the lip of a dome, attached to the stem of a chillum. It's made out of some kind of fancy glass that dosn't shatter. Its like hotknifing. And i never saw one before either, thats why i like it so much. I bought it at a local headshop that sells locally blown stuff, so it might be one of the only ever made. This guy could have just came out with the idea, or he was making some domes and fucked up, and came up with this because why not. Or maybe these are in every headshop? thats why i posted it here. I never saw one before, but its awesome. The smoke isn't that hot at all, and it dosn't heat up the whole thing, only the nail and maybe half the dome. Has anyone else seen one before?
That'd be so good to dab off of when I'm by myself at night after a long day and don't feel like getting the whole set up out. I want! Does the glass stay hot enough to dab off for a sufficient amount of time, or do you have to hurry?
I like the idea, but like Old School Smoker is saying it seems like the glass would get hot. and eventually shatter like all the other glass dabbing nails I have had haha. I think that thing is cool if it doesn't get hot, but I think it would be cooler if they just made it so a tiny little Ti nail could sit snugly in there.
He didn't invent it, that's basically like a birdhouse dome but attached to a pipe instead of a dome. The glass will break eventually so I would be careful not to overheat or heat too quickly
