Imagine you take rap groups and individuals i.e. Danny Brown, Young Money, Odd Future, etc. and placed them in rural African villages that we re taught english specifically for the purpose of understanding the visiting American rappers. The rappers/individuals then assimilated into the culture of their respective villages over a period of 1 year. At the end of the year, they were to produce an album incorporating both their American and African life experiences. Do they know the true ghetto?
