Hello i have had my plants in flower for over 3 weeks now. They started with the little white hairs about a week ago and have not gotten any more or any longer in about a a week. What can cause this and how can i get them back on track.??? A blunt a day keeps the doctors away!
First of all congratulations on your baby girl, now a little more info would help, what nutrients do you use and what medium are you using to grow in? Another thing to consider is that you are growing in a light proof space
Are you running a photoperiod plant or an auto flowering plant? If its a photoperiod make sure you have no light leaks and a solid 12 hours of darkness. 1000 watt Scrog Journal
I use Foxfarm nutes. Bloom and veg. It is Foxfarm potting soil. No it is not light proof... It was supposed to be but i have been out of town and i asked my gf to move it to the closet for me and she forgot. A blunt a day keeps the doctors away! It is photoperiod. Need to make sure they are in complete darkness during flowering, and flowering plants require a lot more light, so I'm not quite sure how well that 150w will handle Sent from my HTC6500LVW using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I have created my own grow room from my closet. but i am having trouble making it light proof. i built this door from plywood. it's pretty unique but the main space where it opens is pretty hard to light proof. i recently brought this light proof material and it works well but it had to be cut to fit and there are gaps and im running low on funds and i really need to get my plant into the room. can anyone help me?

A 150w HPS is more heat than light upgrade your babe to at least 250w hps digital so you can dial in the wattage some even let you flick to Mh and cheap to but do keep an eye on your temps better: http://www.amazon.com/Apollo-Horticulture-GLK400GW19-Digital-Dimmable/dp/B004YXDHX6/ref=pd_sbs_lg_1/184-6239264-5135065?ie=UTF8&refRID=0QB4MX1MAC3WD23C8GJB
lol thanks. i have a 400 watt digital ballast with 400 mh and hps im not able to put in yet be cause of keeping the light in and keeping the light out. i jumpes the gun and thought duck tape would be enough to get the job done not so much, hella sticky to hard to open. and as for the watering im using a sprayer twice a day. the light around my house usally let the sun peak around 3 pm. thanks for the imput im such a noob right now
its me again this time about odor control. i have the fan and carbon filter im just wondering the exhaust it's sell smell? i was just gonna run it into my room or out this whole i have. one other thing im not sure how sealed the door area is i fix the light problem but im just wondering will the smell be loud if the door isn't that great?
Plants being switched to 12/12 can take a while to adapt to the new light cycle. Give it a while to take off, and when it takes off... IT TAKES OFF!
a thick dark material can always be hung in front of the door or go and buy proper blackout material. Although if you trying not to draw attention to it and you are in a small area may not work for you.
