Hey all first time poster here big fan of grass city always for their info and budz. I'm a one year landee now in Colorado and looking to possibly get into the Dispensary business's for sales at different store fronts. I got a DUI when I was 20 in california 5 years ago. I was not that drunk; I was going faster than normal; no one was even close to being harmed; as I was pulled over almost immediately upon deciding in my idiotic state to "go fast". 4 AM in the morning I get pulled over after speeding and then a low level BAC DUI while underage at that time. I have since then cleared, checked, and verified everything else since then but it is of course still on the books. Is it a chance at all to apply for the $75 badge to work in this state ( CO) ?
