I'm not a seed bank but I stopped growing a while back and have a fair amount of seeds that are pretty much useless to me. I was wondering if it would be OK for me to create a thread offering up a free seed pack and, if so, what forum I should post it in. I noticed in the rules something stating "no hook up requests or offers" but I'm assuming this just applies to actual flowers/oils/etc? If a mod or admin or super admin or super mega ultra admin 6000 could let me know about this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
