been 3 weeks for flowering. temp is little bit hot these days and I found one plant is hermie...(I can see both female and male feature) I've searched about hermies and got infos that keep hermie to get seed, which is guaranteed female but problem is.... I got 3 plants in 1 big pot and one of plants is hermie. is it ok to keep hermie alive? Im worried that male part will do the job and other 2 plants got pregnant. need a advice thank you
Okay you got 3 options either you cut a cutting and and a use those as future hermes/seeds second option is go ahead let it do its thing to the other females third option is cutting it all the way out in just discarding it but the end scenario is u have to get rid of it out of those same pot Sent from my SGH-T889 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Nothing good can come from your scenario. Get rid of it Sent from my HTCEVOV4G using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I'd personally just get rid of it. Male pollen can travel pretty far, so you bet the hermie will get the other two plants, especially if they are in the same pot! You don't really want to grow plants in pots together, they prefer their own root space. Every plant will be different, even if its the same strain so one taking X amount of water may need 2 cups less, but if their all in the same pot you're watering one that might not need it!
