Save Your Abv( Read If U Arent)

  1. If you Vape, u have ABV(already been vaped weed)
    I'm not a cook/ baker and I'm pretty lazy.

Easiest way I've found to make great edibles ( baked goods) that are seriously really potent and tasty...

I use cooking oil because I find it easier than butter in a couple ways.
(1.a little easier to make canna cooking oil than budder 2. Easier options to make baked goods )....( but less options than budder)

I use a slow cooker. You could use a Sauce pan on low but a slow cooker works best. Got mine for 15$ at walmart.

I save abv in an 8oz glass jar and usually have it packed very tight before I bake with it.

I mix that in the slow cooker with 3 cups of cannola oil? (Cooking oil)

Leave it on simmer for around 6-8-10 hours. Sometimes I leave it over night but you should stir it everyone in a while and make sure it's not boiling/ burning.

Strain out the abv very well. I use cooking strainer. I also use pantyhose haha or a cheese cloth to strain everything out.
Let the oil sit for an hour or so...

Even though you've strained it well.. There will be bits of " sediment" at the bottom at this point.

Slowly poor the oil into your final container but keep the nasty stuff at the bottom out.

You could do that a couple times but I usually do it once

Here's the best part for me!!!

You can buy cookie/brownie/ cake/cupcake / muffin ....etc mixes at the store that only need 2 eggs and a 1/2 cup of cooking oil.
So grab whatever treat mixes you want and some eggs. Go home and make a few batches of edibles and be ready to eat in about 10 mins haha

You'll prob end up with 1.5- 2 cups if you strain well

  2. So are you using 8oz of abv to do this or is this just the size of the jar? Also if you use 8oz how long did it take for you to get this much? Thanks.

  3. Wow.   2.5 grams of ABV in firecrackers does me just fine.   Just mix in some ABV in some peanut butter, slather on graham crackers and put in oven for about 25 min.     Works for me every time.

  4. I use an 8oz mason jar my self and it fits about an actual ounce of ABV.

  5. I make firecrackers usually, but I am thinking of making something different next time with a better flavor haha

  6. I used an 8 ounce jar packed tightly so I'm not sure how much was in there, sorry I didn't think to find out the weight :/

It's a decent amount for a batch or brownies haha.

I like the other recipes but I hate the grainy feel / taste of actual abv in edibles .... I much prefer to infuse into oil and strain out the shit

  7. Yeah for sure thats a good amount for brownies. I used to put between a half ounce and 20 grams of it usually in a batch of brownies and they sure would put you on your ass. It is definitely better to infuse the abv with something imo because like you said that grainy kind of texture and odd flavor can make them really hard to eat. I think next time Im just gonna make some edible oil with everclear though to see how that goes. About a year ago I was off in the woods doing some camping and this old hippie guy that happened to be there had about a shot glass of oil made using everclear and he gave me probably about a .3 glob of that shit. Guaranteed it was one of the highest moments Ive had in my life.

  8. You don't even need to cook with abv.. The thc has already been activated so you can absorb it without having to cook anything at all. I mix about three grams with chobani yogurt, I get so high from that it's insane. I've put it on pb&js too, works wonders! I've made firecrackers too and they came out okay but I didn't like the taste of the warm abv. Seriously though mix it in yogurt you'll get blitzed.

Yeah you can just let it absorb and go from there. I have peanut butter with ABV in it that I made a few months ago, and while I did bake it for about 20 minutes at 300 degrees F, I knew I could have just let it sit for a few hours. While the THC has been activated, there might be some goodness still in there that needs to be brought out, so baking it for a little bit doesn't hurt.

That being said, if you use the oily organic peanut butter, you can just let the fat in there breakdown and yank out whats left in the ABV.

Good tip on the Chobani yogurt. I'm going to have to try that now!

  10. Please let me know how you like it!!! It's pretty simple and doesn't taste bad!

I sure will! Another one I read about, if you're a popcorn fan, is to make some coconut oil with ABV in it, then drizzle it on some popcorn. I think the person that made it went through a refining process, but given the nature of oil and how it breaks things down, you could just put he ABV in the coconut oil, let it sit over night, then strain out the ABV bits unless you like the bits in the oil...

  12. That's a great idea im going to try that!

  13. I infuse my ABV into MCT oil, it's similar to coconut oil. Basically low temp in a frying pan for about an hour, then steep for half hour-hour. Then strain. Made a batch of brownies yesterday to go see GotG, 1/2 cup of MCT infused, dangerous, all day gone.
