    Cut way back on the water.
     
    Roots need air, that's why in hydro we get away with growing is water is we pump a shit load of air into the water.
     
    Cannabis is not a swamp plant, it does well in hot dryer conditions.
     
    See the tray under it..... get rid of it and let it drain properly.

    It still may need fed after the washing of the soil.

    And....next time mix some **perlite, vermiculite, and or Peat moss to your mix....
